Cancellation Policy

-Late- If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled and need rescheduling. No exceptions. -Cancellation- All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If canceled within 48 hours, a 50% fee will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be made. -No Show- If you no call/no show your appointment, a 75% fee will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be made. Continuous no call/no show will result in no future bookings whatsoever. -Refunds- No refunds, No exceptions. Product and time are used that can't be given back.
